The sales of the book has already started, and the geographical coverage is spreading:

Next on the plan is to start selling it via Amazon and the other big book resellers.. (but if you can, please buy it via lulu.com, then I get the money rather than the book sellers!)

But first step has been to make it into a hardcover book as well. I know paperbacks are good and practical, but there is something very special about a book in hardcover! Yes, you too can get one (also via lulu.com)
